Cancellation policy
If the appointment cannot be kept, it must be canceled by email within 5 working days. If appointments are not canceled in due time, the advance payment is forfeited and can no longer be refunded. If the customer does not show up for the appointment, the advance payment is forfeited and can no longer be refunded and 50% of the time can be charged.
Waiting period
At times I'm very busy and it can take two weeks for you to get an answer. I also have different time windows in the year when I make appointments. In the summer time it's mostly easier to get an appointment.
Meeting
For larger projects and elaborate motifs, we can make an appointment for a meeting (also via zoom). For small motifs a meeting is not necessary on my part and we can arrange an appointment directly. Please describe to me by email roughly about the subject and when you have time (which days of the week / times of the day generally work). Please give me your full name and a mobile number.
I ask for an advance payment for each appointment, depending on the size of the project. The prepayment serves to cover all expenses on my part before the tattoo appointment. From the first meeting, through the creation of a design, any adjustments needed to be made and all correspondence.
Wannados
All Wannados are custom-made. All motifs are in a raw state and will be done with color or blackwork / dotwork. Since I usually already have an image in my mind during the idea and drawing process, I reserve the right not to tattoo a motif if it can't be done according to my ideas. It is also possible that I will still make changes to older drawings. If you like a motif or if you have any questions, feel free to write to me. Please don't be a copy cat.
